Second Lieutenant, United States Marine Corp; Entered Marines in 1941, and trained at Arlington, Virginia and Athens, Georgia, and Pensacola, Florida, and served as a Ferry Pilot; Died on Mary 2, 1944 in airplane crash in Virginia; Son of James M. Webb Sr. of Waxahachie; Buried in Waxahachie City Cemetery, Addition 5, Block 7; Listed on Waxahachie Daily Light Honor Roll.
